We automate contractor onboarding, compliance validation, and continuous risk monitoring—helping owners, general contractors, and property managers reduce administrative burden while improving project outcomes.
We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to help build and scale our outbound sales engine. This is more than a traditional SDR role—you'll help shape our go-to-market strategy, identify new opportunities, experiment with messaging, and create repeatable outbound processes alongside the founding team.

Role
As Business Development Rep, you will oversee internal and external communication channels, collaborate on strategy, and produce and distribute content at Area.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll define the Area narrative while rolling up your sleeves to tell compelling stories across multiple channels. You'll work closely with the founding team to translate our product vision and business goals into clear messaging.
