Area is an all-in-one contractor compliance tool for construction. Construction is hard, our aim is to simplify its digital aspect for everyone involved so they can build better.As a frontend engineer, you will be responsible for the appearance and usability of Area onboarding and pre-qualification products.

1. Responsibilities

   Build and maintain scalable component base and design system;

   Develop pixel-perfect (we mean it) scalable layouts across devices;

   Research, implement, and thoughtfully test designs for new product features;

   Handle performance, loading optimization, accessibility, and troubleshooting;

   Collaborate on product roadmap.

2. Qualifications

   5 years of shown experience delivering customer-facing web applications;

   Fluency in React, Nodejs, and Typescript;

   A keen eye for quality and the smallest detail

   Results-oriented mindset and discipline to deliver properly in a dynamic environment;

   Good-enough spoken and written communication.
